O2 Campaign
O2 are the first client to take advantage of the RoadAds premium quality London only campaign for their Hands Free Car Kit. The campaign which was planned by Outdoor Connection/PHD, created by VCCP and bought by Tranzformer consists of 20 x 48 sheet equivalent trucks in London, with 5 trucks in Central London at any given time.
The trucks buzz around Oxford Street, Regents Street, Kings Road, Sloane Square, and The Strand to name a few of the Central London locations.
Case Study
Campaign objective:
To raise awareness of the O2 Hands free kit in the London area to coincide with the new law change for in car mobile usage.
RoadAds solution:
O2 placed a Central and greater London campaign on 20 trucks comprising 7.5 - 18 tonne rigid bodied vehicles. This guaranteed regular daily penetration of prioritised central postal districts with a minimum of 5 trucks in the W1 area on a daily basis.
RoadAds reached audiences that traditional outdoor sites are unable to reach. Hence trucks delivered a unique audience and environment that played a major role in the multi media campaign.
All truck journeys were fully campaign audited with RoadAds exclusive audience measurement system, quantifying gross impacts for the entire fleet, and thus delivering a cost per thousand to smile about.
The campaign ran for 6 weeks which ultimately meant O2 continued to gain productive exposure with RoadAds long after the traditional fixed posters had run their course.
